Elaboration: Hand picked in small bins. Immediately destemmed and crushed to capture fresh aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel at a low temperature control. Unoaked.

Tasting Notes
Pale citrine in color with a slight greenish tinge. Fruity and fresh. Clean and fresh aromas with a unique bouquet of green apples, lime, white blossoms. Soft minerality, very well balanced. Pleasant mouth with a slight zippy effervescence and ripeness that combines well with the natural high acidity.
