• After making wine at Bodega Calle in Argentina for more than a decade,
  but having built our import business from Oregon, we thought it important to finally try our hand with the challenging varietals of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
• This is very much a hands-on project, and Ermisch can now be found doing most of the work from vineyard pickup to winemaking to bottling.

About the Wine

• Celebrating our 10th vintage as an Oregon winery. Clone 115 from the famed Lillie’s Vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA in Willamette Valley. A low yielding block that only produced 1.8 tons an acre.
• This wine is savory and complex without any added inputs apart from sulfites. Minimal intervention. Sustainably farmed and LIVE-certified.

 Elaboration: Hand harvested grapes, fermented in open-top bins with 15% whole clusters and native yeast. Gently punched down twice a day for 15 days and aged 12 months in new, 1st and 2nd use French oak barrels.
