Ermisch Cellars 2022 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
Producer Info
- After making wine at Bodega Calle in Argentina for more than a decade,
but having built our import business from Oregon, we thought it important to finally try our hand with the challenging varietals of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. - This is very much a hands-on project, and Ermisch can now be found doing most of the work from vineyard pickup to winemaking to bottling.
About the Wine
- Celebrating our 10th vintage as an Oregon winery. Clone 115 from the famed Lillie’s Vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA in Willamette Valley. A low yielding block that only produced 1.8 tons an acre.
- This wine is savory and complex without any added inputs apart from sulfites. Minimal intervention. Sustainably farmed and LIVE-certified.
